Where we deliver, what it costs, and how we estimate when your order arrives. Questions? Write to support@dewpoint.in with your order number.

Where we deliver

  • We deliver only to addresses in India. Checkout checks your pincode and shows the couriers that serve it. If no courier serves it, we can't take the order.
  • Each order ships as one parcel.

What delivery costs

  • The shipping charge is the courier's rate for your pincode and the size and weight of your parcel, including GST. You see it at checkout, for each courier, before you pay.
  • On a cash-on-delivery order the courier also charges a collection fee. It is shown at checkout as a separate line.

When it arrives

  • Before dispatch we take a few business days (Monday to Saturday) to pack your order. The number of days is shown beside the estimate at checkout and on your order.
  • Dates count from dispatch, not from the day you order. An order placed at or after 11:00 India time, or on a Sunday, starts packing on the next working day.
  • Our estimate skips Sundays but not public holidays, so a holiday can push delivery later than the date shown.
  • The arrival range is the courier's estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Delays outside our control can move it. These include weather, strikes, regional restrictions, festival and peak-season backlogs, and days when the courier pauses pickups on your route.
  • On a cash-on-delivery order we may ask you to confirm it before we dispatch.

Courier and tracking

  • You pick a courier at checkout. If that courier can't take the parcel when we book it, we send it with another courier at no extra cost to you.
  • When the parcel is booked, your order page shows the courier and the tracking number (AWB), and we email you when it ships.

Address problems, lost and damaged parcels

  • Please check your address and phone number before you pay. An incomplete or wrong address can delay the parcel or send it back to us.
  • If a prepaid parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we refund what you paid less the courier's charges for the trip out and the return.
  • If a parcel comes back for any other reason, or the courier loses it, a prepaid order is refunded in full. Our returns and refunds policy has the details.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and ask for a return from your order page, with photos, within the window our returns and refunds policy gives.
